*this post is with Alive Multivitamins, but as always, if I didn’t love them I wouldn’t be sharing!

Let’s talk about, what I would consider, the most important part of the day, the morning. The reason I feel it’s most important is because it sets the tone for your day. Personally, if I let myself wake up and be lazy, I typically end up having a lazy day. Tasks seem impossible. I get overwhelmed by everything going on.

Whereas if I wake up and start my day in a productive way, the rest of my day seems to fall into step and I’m able to be more productive, stay on top of my work, and generally feel better about myself.

Let’s get more specific…

MORNING

Full disclosure, I’m a 32 year old dude. It’s young, but also not as easy to feel young as it used to be in my 20’s. Small things affect me much more than they used to. Ever since I read about the benefits of multivitamins, I’ve been taking an Alive Multivitamin Ultra Potency every morning with my coffee. To be honest I always thought vitamins were for kids, but these have majorly helped me feel better on a regular basis.

While I’m drinking my coffee, I allow myself 15-20 minutes of reading. Maybe it’s catching up on some news, maybe it’s a chapter or two in the latest novel I’m reading. (Just finished a book called The Path by Drew Magary that was AWESOME!) I let the vitamin digest a bit and then I start my work day with emails and scheduling.

These vitamins in particular are good for me because they help support eye health, bone health, immunity, muscles (gotta stay fit!), energy metabolism, as well as heart health and digestion. *Yes, it’s wild, but one pill does all of this. I would think I sounded crazy if I hadn’t experienced these results first hand.

Mid-Morning

Remember when I said that I thought vitamins were for kids? Well Alive also makes gummy vitamins…wait for it…FOR ADULTS!! How fun is that?? After I’ve finished with my emails and planned out my day, I go grab these for a nice boost before I start on my content creation for the day.

Three little gummies are packed with nutrients to give me a little boost and help me get everything done. I’ve stopped eating big breakfasts, so these are a welcomed treat in my mid-morning. PS, you should eat a little something when taking the vitamins, though. It helps them work better. I usually do a single egg or maybe some wheat toast with peanut butter.

Ultimately, the sooner you ditch your youthful pride and realize that taking care of yourself with Alive Multivitamins, the sooner you’ll be feeling your best and getting more done! It’s not shameful to want to be healthy. As tough as it was for me to admit that my body isn’t recovering quite as easily and quickly as it once did, I’m so glad I faced the truth and am actually doing something about it. I know I’ll be so glad I did when I’m in my later 30’s and beyond.

Alive Multivitamins has all kinds of different options, whether you’re looking for something for yourself, the lady in your life, or whomever. Be sure to check them out and start down the path to feeling awesome! You can check them out here! Also, use code 15ALIVE1 for 15% off your order.
