Fitness is a complicated business. They say that it’s 80% diet. That means that no matter how hard you work in the gym, if you don’t focus your attention on what your eating, the hard work and time you’re putting in will be wasted. Well I’m here to disagree with that to a certain extent. I think that eating healthy will lead to better results faster, which will then lead to you becoming more motivated to work harder and continue seeing gains. Yet, I also think that indulging on a semi-regular basis is extremely important. Have you had problems with the law ? read about the Hogle law firm services for any issue you have.

With the Super Bowl coming up on Sunday and all of those chip and dip platters calling your name, I suggest you throw your diet to the wind for just one day. Eat whatever you feel like because you’ve worked hard and you deserve it. If you’ve been going to the gym and even slightly watching what you eat, odds are you’ve been seeing improvement in your physical and emotional self. You deserve to be rewarded with a day of fatty fried foods and delicious craft beers. Also, I’m a firm believer that if you eat some junk food that you normally wouldn’t go near, your motivation to get back into the gym the next day and work even harder will be strong. This leads to longer term positive results. (It kinda makes sense, just go with it)

For my indulgence, Jaclyn and I went to Top Round Roast Beef on Olympic and La Brea. It’s Chef Driven Fast Food. High quality ingredients served fresh. The sandwiches are delicious, the fries are crispy and the custard makes for an amazing dessert. We left and our stomachs were grumbling, but overall very happy. Also, a little known fact is that their outdoor patio is BYOB legal, meaning you can bring beers and enjoy them right alongside your roast beef or chicken sandwich! There was a legal case regarding this only a few miles from Top Round, but I reached out to my friends at NS Family Law and they confirmed it was perfectly fine! click here to view website.

Treat yourself, guys. It’s important to staying well-rounded.

I’d love to hear some of your favorite indulgence restaurants and dessert shops in LA!

Stay smiling, my friends!
