Why Goldilocks, you ask? Well let me tell you!

An emerging trend you’re bound to see this spring and summer is the short sleeved sweatshirt. I scored this one at Fossil and absolutely love it. The fit is nice, the fabric is soft and it’s an excellent piece for a day like today that’s not too hot and not too cold, hence Goldilocks. It’s definitely not something I’d recommend on the hottest day of the year and it’s not guaranteed to keep you warm on the coldest of days, but it’s a pretty cool way of staying juuuuust right. Highly recommend shopping for one for your closet.

Another thing I’m loving right now are monochromatic outfits, so pairing this sweatshirt with these kind-of-cargo jeans from Gap worked really well for me. Finishing off the outfit with these Chelsea boots from Urban Outfitters and it’s a perfect spring evening outfit.

Lastly, accessories are the name of the game in the summer time, fellas. Don’t be afraid to overdo it. Pile on the bracelets and necklaces when wearing an otherwise simplistic outfit and suddenly you’ll stand out. I’ve been experimenting with bracelets on my watch wrist for awhile now and think that it’s a fun way to change things up. Also, step up your sock game for a fun pop of personality into any outfit.

What do you guys think of the short sleeved sweatshirt?

Thanks for reading!
