Don’t be doing your hair to go to the beach, fellas.
Hello Long Beach!
Acro-Yoga!!
Don’t just lounge around at the beach, get active.

Sunday Funday at the dog beach yesterday in Long Beach. We celebrated my girlfran’s brother’s bday and we had a blast, as you can see.

Going to the beach is the best, obviously, because getting dressed for it can be as easy as throwing on a bathing suit and t-shirt without looking totally sloppy. Grab a shirt that’s fun, makes a statement and that’s ok to get dirty.

I wore my Gap bathing suit from a couple of summers ago because it’s the most functional suit I have. When going to the beach, I never plan on sitting around and being lazy. I want something that I can feel good in while also be comfortable with getting active in.

Don’t just lay around, get up and move your body, do some yoga, go for a stroll along the water’s edge. If you’re single, it’ll increase your chances of attracting the attention of those three single ladies down the beach, if you’re in a relationship, it’s a fun way to do things with your guy or girl that you normally never can in the city or suburbs. Plus, I hear being active gets you the most even distributed tan (if you’re into that sort of thing, which I’m totally not…not at all…not one bit…since I’m a dude).

I never like to accessorize or wear anything that I’m not comfortable having sand in and around while I’m at the beach. Besides, you shouldn’t need to know what time it is anyway.

Sorry about my lack of posts lately, more regularity and exciting developments to come!!
